It’s our job to help others learn to help themselves; so that, they can in turn teach others to do the same. Simply put, our jobs are to teach. It’s important to take the few extra minutes necessary to learn enough about the how, when, where, what, and why, in order to share it. It’s just like that with safety as well – learn enough so that we can share it.
Being the best at anything requires an effort greater than most individuals are willing to give. Let’s commit this week to doing more than we normally do as it relates to safety. Let’s find a way to teach others so that we can become better ourselves.
Our safety requires our perfect performance today!
Thanks for the share, PT!
