We all like to do the things we’re good at, we enjoy making people’s lives better, and we like feeling appreciated. That’s kind of the trifecta of our lives as intended from the Beginning. Our “sweet spot” or calling is found when/where the three actions/activities overlap. It’s a small part of the much larger effort. Likewise, the more we do or receive of the others makes us or helps us find our true rhythms. When we find our rhythm, we’re able to work safe, play safe, and truly be safe in all we do.
Our safety rhythm is like our health – in that we need to find our personal level of homeostasis or normalcy in order to sustain it for long periods of time. Otherwise, we’ll never really become the best we can at anything; sure we’ll win some and lose some, but never be the best.
Safety is attitude and actions all rolled up into performance – ACCEPT NOTHING LESS TODAY!
Thanks for the share, PT!
