Team –
Here we are in a great place for recognition. We all know we’re not perfect. (most of will admit that) In fact, we err often and hopefully we’re learning something from each and every one of them. That’s right, we’re getting better because of our errors. The trick is to learn from each other’s as well. That’s why we tell stories and share about the incidents and near misses that occur in our lives. We share our mistakes because we know we can help others through them.
Let’s not see error as failure, let’s see it as opportunity. By the way, I’m not condoning failure or less than perfect safety performance this morning; I am merely saying if a setback or opportunity arises, let’s make the best of it.
Thanks for reading and for all the support. Let’s make today an intentional safety day!
Thanks for the share PT!
