We’re great planners aren’t we? We set a goal and then prepare a plan for success. We’ve accomplished so much regarding safety and health – in fact, so much that we should pause a moment and say thanks for everyone’s involvement in “MAKING US THE SAFEST WE CAN BE”. Our plans, protocols, and procedures and solid; however, the true power and lifeblood of safety remains in our people. Simpler put, that’s you and me! “WE” have to make the right decisions dealing with hazardous risk; if anything clouds that effort incidents and injuries occur. Our proverbial clouds tend to be RUSHING, FRUSTRATION, FATIGUE, and COMPLACENCY.
When we say we make safety intentional – we mean it. Today is a great day for perfect plan performance.
