We might seem successful on the surface/outside; however, success never comes without some baggage. So many perceivable negatives make success difficult to achieve and even more difficult to sustain. They key to success is to see the trials along the journey as building blocks. Accept the bad with the intent of learning, growing, and succeeding. It’s NOT an easy path, but we must persevere in order to reach our goal.
The same goes with our personal and team safety goals. They won’t come easy and we can’t let our guards down even when we achieve them. Our safety, an injury-free day, week, and month should remain our goals and renew with every accomplishment as well as every obstacle.
Thanks for reading and for everyone’s consistent safety efforts. Take care and please stay well.
