Are our lives filled with stress? It’s important to take the time necessary to unwind. Whether it’s working out, fishing, walking, or running; it’s critical to find that certain something we do to relax. Believe it or not, stress can steal years off our lives and cause a host of symptoms that make up feel poorly.
So whatever it is that is stressing us out – change it. If it’s out of our control, find a temporary release. Sure an activity might not make the stressor go away entirely, but it can give our minds and bodies a much needed break.
