Who are we really? Do we truly know and/or understand each other’s battles? We spend a lot of time together working; so I ask, is there time enough to get to know those sometimes intimate secrets? Well it takes two things for this to happen effectively: 1) someone willing to share and 2) someone willing to listen. Just to be clear, these shouldn’t be the same person. (Ha-Ha!)
Let’s take the extra seconds, sometimes even minutes, to get to know each other. For World Class Safety we need each other; we need the additional support found in our circles. (Work, home, church, and community.) Sometimes we need to be the number two listed above or sometimes even the number one.
Just in case I haven’t said it lately, thanks for reading daily and thanks for everyone’s commitment to reaching and sustaining ZERO.
Thanks for the share, PT!
