Right is right, so let’s be sure to tell people when they are doing the right things. Likewise, wrong is wrong and we need to be willing to give (and receive) precious feedback that has the ability to make others as well as ourselves better. Let’s not beat around the bush either; our direct and immediate assistance can make a difference.
