Let’s make certain we’re talking and communicating with all our visitors on-site. We’re big into telling and sharing our safety stories and it’s those stories that make us all a little more aware of the risks that exist throughout our facility and perhaps even our homes.
Unsafe observations are near-misses and we should talk about them as often as they occur. Who knows, maybe someone’s minor error just might lead to preventing a more serious injury or even a death.
Communication is easy when we care about each other; remember, we’re in this together!
Thanks for the share, PT!
