We often talk about being kind to others, but we should remember to be kind to ourselves as well. We are our biggest critic AND our biggest supporter. Regardless of how often we fail each other and/or ourselves, let’s commit to picking up and getting on with what ever’s necessary to achieve our goals.

We don’t want injuries; however, if/when they occur, we have to be willing to learn and continue with the knowledge that comes from the investigation’s what, where, when, how, and why. Notice I left the “who” out on purpose, because it’s the one fact that often trips us up in completing a thorough investigation.
