We all communicate differently don’t we? Some words and phrases used commonly to communicate really just don’t make sense if we’d think about them, but we use them regardless. With safety, it’s important we communicate clearly using words and phrases everyone understands. The we should communicate and follow-up to make certain the intended messages were received and initiated.
Our safety is only as good as our associated communications, efforts, and actions.
