Which one is it – REJECTED or REDIRECTED? The answer can often differ based on numerous factors, one of which is attitude. It’s too easy to get angry when our “norm” is challenged or changed; however, a little less easy to treat the challenge or change with an attitude of opportunity and possibility. It’s just like with safety, we’re redirected often and that’s the best part of continued and continuous improvement. Oh and by the way, not all change is bad!
Let’s grasp those rejections as opportunities and those redirections as possibilities, because we truly don’t know what tomorrow holds. As it relates to safety, TODAY is the only day we need to concern ourselves with. TODAY IS THE TOMORROW WE WORRIED ABOUT YESTERDAY (copied).
