Have you ever thought about someone or something so much you find yourself asking why? It happens to the best of us. So, what do we do about it, try to forget, or try to expound upon the thought? That’s totally up to us, but when I saw this quote floating around on social media the other day, I quickly grabbed the image for a blurb. Maybe we’re thinking of that person because we need to reach out. Maybe they need us or perhaps we need them in some way, shape, or form. When someone or something is stuck in our thoughts or continues to resurface, we should check it out. Just my thoughts here.
As for safety, we should trust our gut as well. If it feels wrong, don’t do it! If we have questions or concerns about anything – PAUSE/STOP long enough to truly understand BEFORE continuing. That’s how we sustain world class performance.
Thanks for the share, PT!
