Poster: Smarter NOT Harder

We’re all hard workers; however, sometimes it’s important to slow down and figure out what the smartest and most safe ways are as well. Going at it; “like we’re killing snakes,” “like a man on a mission,” or “like gang busters” may not always be the smartest ways. Working smarter makes good sense and we can learn how to do this by asking those all important questions up front. Remember the ones that start with WHY – WHY – and WHY. What, where, when, and how are important as well, but none more important than WHY.

Safety doesn’t happen by accident – It requires one safe choice after another beginning with TODAY!
