We are a strange people aren’t we!?!? Some silly person(s) decided this might be easier than going down the hall and out the door to cook those dogs to perfection. Why don’t we think through the task every time? The amazing thing is that they are probably right 9 out of 10 times – BUT WHAT ABOUT THE ONE? Why don’t we think it through? Are we in a hurry or rushing, are we angry, ill or frustrated, are we fatigued or lazy, are we just not thinking, preoccupied, suffering from tunnel vision, or complacent?
The truth is, we do silly things and unless we’re thinking about safety 24/7/365 we might just miss something. Take the extra seconds – maybe minutes to remain safe today – WE’RE WORTH IT!!!
