Team –
Let’s realize that there could always be a worst place than here. We all have a lot of “stuff” going on in our world right now, but let’s not think we have to go it alone. Our situations aren’t always as bad as they may seem when we have the courage to talk about it. I actually had three such talks this week. As a leader, at work or away, we’re tasked to help others. As a lot of us know already, there’s no better thing than when we get that feeling that we helped. WE LOVE IT WHEN A PLAN COMES TOGETHER!

It’s just like that with safety too. We might get frustrated with change or procedure; however, there is no greater feeling than when we finish yet another injury-free workday. WE LOVE IT WHEN A PLAN COMES TOGETHER!

Remember, there’s always a worst place to be than here. Wherever we find ourselves, talk about it, share about it, and help ourselves by helping others. As always, thanks for reading along; let’s make TODAY a great one.

Thanks for the share PT!

Heidi
