Poster: Silence

We have so many opinions and so much to say, but does what we have to say really need to be heard? Sometimes it’s just better and more wise to be silent. People learn through experiences and sometimes those experiences can hurt in both figurative and literal ways.

With safety, we can’t be silent to allow failures and learning; sure they might still happen, but not as an intended result. We speak up and share, don’t we? We work to make a difference in our family’s and other family’s lives.

What are we doing for our personal and team safety today – right here and right now in this moment?

Safety is one intentional act after another! – Thanks for acting on safety…

Thanks to PT and JL for the share!
