We worry entirely too much about things that really don’t matter. We seem to always sweat the small stuff. The reality is, we should be striving to improve ourselves over ourselves while not comparing ourselves to the neighbors or any others for that matter. We should strive to be our very best!
Just like with safety, not because this place is doing it, not because OSHA said so, not because the neighbors do it; but because it’s the right thing and we should be striving to do the right things, for the right reasons, at the right times. Making ourselves the very best safety example we can be.
Safety is a very personal thing worth sharing today!
Thanks for the share, PT!
