What is risk and why should we work to reduce and/or eliminate it? The answer should be simple; because all of us know that risk will eventually lead to incident and of course, incidents lead to injuries. We know there is a little risk in everything and with that knowledge comes the need to pay close attention while keeping our eyes and minds on task.
Let’s learn to identify risk and risky behaviors; because, after all, most injuries are the result of unsafe acts (behaviors) and not unsafe conditions.
Let’s make this week a perfect ZERO – to do this, we must start today!
