Resolutions, much like safety, begin with a plan. We should consider our current state as well as our past to determine what we’d like to see changed. Then we should ‘resolve’ to make those changes happen. We’ll do a safety resolution over the next few days and then resolve together on the 1st to make it happen.
For today, our #1 will be to do what we know is right – LET’S MAKE SAFETY INTENTIONAL! No one gets hurt today.
Thanks for the share, PT!
