Poster: Reputation

Our reputations are golden, they are our bond and they are very important to maintain. It’s difficult to recover from issues that be-little our reputations; that’s why we need to make certain we’re making good decisions as well as acting in ways that improve our character. The Warren Buffett quote is quite generous above by giving us 5 minutes of grace before reputation change; I would beg to differ, in that sometimes it only takes seconds to ruin what years of good might have built. As for safety, we can relate it to our continuous improvement model. We build morale and culture through doing the right things (the most safe things) every time. Just like with our reputations, it only takes seconds to fall back. That’s why the PLAN – DO – CHECK – ACT model is so important.
