Team –
We all need our rest. That includes rest for our minds as well as for our bodies. Let’s not forget that to be the safest requires our best in actions and reactions to changes along the journey.

Keeping sharp, able to react, thinking, predicting, and engaged requires us to rest every now and again. Take a few extra hours today or during our next opportunity to relax. Sleep would be great, but to just relax – away the phone preferably.

How awesome would it be if we knew everyone around us was rested, awake, focused, and working to be the most safe possible just like us?

Enjoy this new beginning to both the calendar week and today! Let’s make it a great one…

Thanks for the share PT!

Heidi
