Let’s take a few minutes today to make sure we’re remaining healthy – mentally that is! Are we feeling well? Are we feeling more stressed than usual? Do we get angry at silly things? Are we becoming more forgetful? Are we sleeping more and/or staying in bed longer?

What we’re looking for are changes to the norm. Of course I’m talking about unintentional changes and not our planned ones. Our mental health is an important part of our safety activities. If we’re not 100% healthy, we at a greater risk of injury.

Rest, Renew, and Recharge today! Have a long conversation with a friend or family member is need-be. We have services available if we need help. Remember, keeping our friends, teammates, families, and communities safe begins with us keeping ourselves self. Let me know if I can ever be of service to you.
