Our families (like my grandson Lucas shown above) expect us to work safe – NO SHORT CUTS! They don’t care what hassles we have, they merely expect us to come home safely each and every day! No ifs, ands, or buts about it; they need us injury-free.
Follow the plan, if the plan needs changing – STOP & SPEAK UP to change the plan. Our commitment to continuous improvement warrants our constant attention to details.
I don’t know everyone reading this blurb today – but I bet we all would NOT want our families and friends hurt by our poor personal choices related to safety.
