Once we recognize a hazard we have a responsibility to eliminate, engineer a protection, administrate a control, or offer a PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). The problem comes when we fail to wear it correctly and/or consistently.

PPE can save our quality of life and in some cases our lives all together. Why wouldn’t we want to wear it? Things like…

  • It doesn’t look good
  • It doesn’t fit well
  • It’s not the right color
  • We’ve never used it before

HOW SILLY ARE THESE?!?! When we recognize a hazard we have to protect ourselves and our teams; to include our families, friends, and communities.

TODAY is our next opportunity for ZERO and that requires right choices – EVERY TIME!

Thanks for the share, PT!
