We can always find something positive in our circumstance when we’re looking for it. The challenge is to be always looking for it. For some (not all) it’s easy find the negative – the things that create ill feelings and/or negativity in general. Our opportunity for this week is to be overly optimistic, to be relentlessly kind, and find that certain someone(s) that needs our support.
It’s just like what we do as safety champions as well – making certain we’re blazing the trail for others to follow. Teaching, demonstrating, and leading safely; so that, others can KNOW the expectation, SEE what it’s supposed to look like, and FOLLOW or LEAD themselves or others in the RIGHT THINGS FOR THE RIGHT REASONS!
Thanks in advance for a great TODAY!
Thanks for the share, PT!
