We’ve got it all figured out don’t we? Sometimes we form a picture in our head that isn’t even close to a reality. That’s where we go wrong, that’s when we think we know exactly what needs to happen and it’s not. So how do we get past this effort? First and foremost we plan. Making a plan forces us to understand the expectations and expected results.
Let’s not just blindly go where no man has gone before. Let’s seek to understand, make a plan, communicate the plan, work the plan, remain injury-free.
