I’ve been struggling with this definition of patience lately. The fact is, “we want what we want and we want it now.” The process that we want “it” in is usually to our norm or liking as well. Well let’s throw all that out the window and set the expectation and let others assist in taking us toward the goal. We’ll go a different way, see different things and probably end up pretty close to where we wanted to be if not spot on. Patience is more than waiting or wondering.
Just like with safety, we know what we want; let’s get others involved to take us places we might not go if we stay true to one path or method. Might be a new journey or an opportunity to improve our existing paradigm.
Thanks to everyone for owning safety – it’s all of our responsibility!
Thanks for the share, PT!
