We really are an impatient people at times. We need to challenge ourselves to become more patient especially at it relates to safety initiatives. Our patience enables us to fully understand the given situation. Also, we should all be busy with planting the safety seeds. Let’s relate that to teaching, reinforcing, evaluating, and offering feedback. (Remember, feedback needs to contain positive and reinforcing portions as well.)
Safety comes from the recognition of hazards AND the control or elimination of them BEFORE an incident occurs.
Let’s go plant some seeds for a more safe tomorrow.
Thanks for the share, PT!
