Team –
Don’t hate or even dislike “that guy” or “that gal” that really gets our goat. Try to find the reason that brought us together. Look for the possibilities and once we make the effort, we’ll see that everyone is meant to cross our paths for a reason. I’m sure we could all tell a story or two about the truth or fiction related to this fact, but that’s not why I’m writing about this today. Our lives are full and our minds are in overload – each extra item taking attention away from our perfect safety performance. Let’s commit to accepting those who have crossed our path and seek to share with them or gain from them whatever positivity is available.
Safety requires our 100% attention; if we let our guards down (pun intended) it’s just a matter of time until we get hurt. By the way, safety is NOT a program or a person; it’s a belief system that is fueled through attitudes and actions.
Let’s let our actions speak louder than our words today!
Thanks for the share PT!
