Today we have an open book of opportunity ahead of us. What are we doing for ourselves? Growth and development is a key part of our continued personal and team success. Let’s all make certain we’re working at something that is going to make us better. Better teammates, better spouses, better neighbors, better _________; I think we can fill in the blank.
We are safety champions and the only thing that can change that is us. Let’s be safe for ourselves and for each other. Every step intentional!
Today we continue our ZERO Journey!
Hazard Recognition is one of – if not the most important abilities we have for our personal safety and success. Being able to identify/recognize a hazardous situation, condition, or behavior BEFORE it enables an incident is a learned skill. A skill we need to practice daily to improve and eventually perfect. Take a minute to think about some hazards you’ve missed or identified in the past. Now, commit to sharing those stories with others to help them improve their skills alike.
Thanks for the share, PT!
