Struggles are Opportunities! It’s easy to quit or lose, but we’re not quitters and certainly not losers! What do we do and/or how do we act when things don’t go our way? Some folks are better than others at this, but our answers should all be similar for sure. When things don’t go “our way” – we need to consider changing or amending “our way.”
I’m not saying we should always give in, but let’s be open to the opinions of others as well; even though in the end we might need to do what we know is best as safety leaders.
As for ourselves and safety – let’s RECOGNIZE, UNDERSTAND, and ACT!
By the way, let’s be watching out for our teammates (family and friends as well) who might be struggling a bit. Let’s not forget that we have these tools to better ourselves AND others.
Thanks for the share, PT!
