Poster: OOPS!

Talk about the wrong place at the wrong time? How’s this for an ironic mishap? Special thanks to RS for sending this picture over for a share. We’ve seen similar ones in the past, but not one quite like this. Notice the shortcut message on the trailer and then the two other messages as well. One is recruiting drivers and the other (on the back door) is talking about the driver is their “most valuable resource.” Probably NOT the best billboard for this company on that given day; however, don’t we all have days like this?

Sure maybe not jamming an eighteen wheeler under a bridge, but chaos or difficulty strikes and we’ve made a mess out of something!? That probably happens more than we care to admit or discuss, but it happens nonetheless. Where do we go from here? What do we do? How can we continue? The truth is WE CAN!!! Crisis’, wrecks, disasters, broken water lines, differing opinions, financial difficulties, disobedient children, rude neighbors, or that frustrating chronic cough are all temporary in this great experience we call life.

Keep focused on the prize, run our race, and get up when we fall down. Remember, if we feel defeated we’ll never finish. First, last, or honorable mention – finish the race! I’d be remiss if I didn’t remind of “the other guy” in our stories as well. When we find them struggling or having fallen, help them up.

Today is a perfect day for safety – Let’s watch out for those low bridges in our life. Thanks for reading along…

Thanks for the share, PT!
