Safety is not always the easiest way. In fact, it can be a little burdensome at the start or at least until everyone understands the expectations and finds their rhythm. None of us really like change and if we think about it; however, change is what safety is all about. Change in the form of improvements that is. We could all (well most of us anyway) use a little polishing. Let’s all strive to be a little better today than we were yesterday. If each one of us does a little, that makes a whole lot improvement as a team.
By the way, let’s be careful not to let ourselves get overwhelmed either, we’re in this together and if a need ever arises; ASK FOR HELP!!
Until tomorrow… all ahead full! (safely of course)
Thanks for the share, PT!
