Poster: No Vision

We’ve always heard that where there is no vision people perish. So it’s safe to say that vision is important. Vision in the form of sight is needed, but not 100% necessary. Vision in the form of direction is essential for any planned success. AS FOR SAFETY, VISION IS IMPARITIVE! In order to achieve personal safety we must have sight and direction. Likewise, in order to achieve team safety we must have EVERYONE on board – ALL the time.

Safety is a team sport that requires a plan or vision as well as perfect performance – anything else is just luck.

Thanks for the share, PT!
