What’s our next level in safety? I am one that believes our very best is yet to come. In order to truly reach a world class safety program people (that’s us) have to change. We have to become committed to knowing, recognizing, understanding, and acting. It’s much easier said than done, unfortunately because we’re so good at what we do.
To borrow a phrase, it’s the road less traveled. To be the best at anything we have to have common goals, common methods, checkpoints, and feedback. (for adjustments)
Our next level is coming and it will require some changes. These are exciting times for safety and we need to be careful not to forget our foundational pieces.
Remember, safety won’t happen by chance today – it requires our choice! Whether at work or play – Choose Safety!
Thanks for the share, PT!
