Team –
We all have a little negativity in us – truth be told, some more than others, but with acknowledgement comes our duty to control it. Just like the rest of our characteristics, negativity or skepticism is an important part of our overall make-up. The opportunity for us today is to find a way to keep from misusing the trait.

Picking each other up, leading, and maintaining our position as safety champions requires us to be supportive, yet assertive enough to offer feedback, and courageous enough to both see a needed change AND to make it happen.

So… If we see a flat tire – fix it! Nobody’s moving very fast until we do. Thanks for reading and please stay well.

Thanks for the share PT!
