Team –
Our Chief Met, aka DG shared this picture with me over the weekend and I figured it would be a good pic for a blurb on details. Can you find the error? It was funny to me because I spent entirely too much trying to figure it out without recognizing the obvious error. Our minds let us do that if we’ll let them. We need to focus on the task – after and only after we consider all the hazards (present and potential) as well as understanding the operation, the desired result, and any and all others effected by the work or action.
Safety doesn’t happen by chance – luck does! Safety requires our intentional awareness, attitudes, and actions. Safety is in the details!
Special thanks to D for sharing the pic and premise for this blurb.
Thanks PT for the share!
