What are we doing about safety? There is a lot going on with it, but are we all individually involved/engaged? What are our limits? Do we feel overwhelmed on or off the job?
These questions are all part of our routine self-checks. Carrying too much mentally can become distracting to our safe work performance, as well as it not being healthy.
Self-check, evaluate, talk-about/share, and stay safe. Remember, our safety doesn’t just happen – it requires our attention, understanding, and action.
Thanks for the share, PT!
