Are we still learning? We certainly should be, because there are countless opportunities for us to make personal improvements when we listen to others. Every single person has something we can learn if we’ll commit to finding it. Listen to their stories, find those life changing nuggets that we may have thought never existed. This works with safety as well. There really is something to all this story telling.
Let’s learn from each other and remember what Eleanor Roosevelt once said, “Learn from the mistakes of others. You can’t live long enough to make them all yourself.”
Today’s a great day to learn something new about safety as well; let’s make it happen!
