Friends,
It’s okay to be wrong. These are words some of us have never heard – oh wait, perhaps they’ve been said, but just never heard. 😊 Our lesson this morning is that we should accept that very fact and recognize that we’re better because of it. Our failures make us better. To be clear, I’m not saying for us to intentionally be wrong and/or fail, I’m saying let’s not let those events prevent us from growing, learning, and become better because of the experience(s).
The same goes with safety – we’re not perfect, but we should strive for perfect safety every time. Sure, we may fail; however, we should commit to learning and becoming even safer because of it.
