Poster: Leadership Behaviors

As safety leaders we need to have a plan. We’re big on pre-planning, working the plan, changing the plan, communicating the plan, and a lot of additional “plan related” activities; however, what’s our safety plan. We know we target ZERO, but how do we go about it? The above 12 items gets us started and could serve in the absence of a more detailed process.

Read through them and think about which one (or two) you think is most important. Thanks for everything everyone does concerning safety!

Thanks for the share, PT!
