Have we ever worked for or even heard of that one (or more) person(s) that demonstrate the awesome leadership trait represented in the words above? It’s a joy when we do! The team gets better when the coach is open to hearing the ideas of others. Just like with safety, sure we have policies, procedures, and protocols; but they are always open for improvement opportunities. We should step up and speak out if we have ideas that could/would make us better.
By the way, when we find those “great leaders” we should make every effort to learn from them. Learning from each other creates the synergy that drives greater success.
Let’s have a great today and that means ZERO injuries.
Thanks for the share, PT!
