Here’s a Maxwell quote that is similar to another I’ve used in the past. We’re all leaders, especially as it relates to safety. In fact, as safety leaders we must live by example and be courageous enough to make corrections whenever/wherever necessary.
That’s why we remain nameless, faceless, and rankless with safety – WE’RE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER! Nothing is expected of me that isn’t of us, and nothing is expected of everyone that isn’t expected of me.
SAFETY IS 100% of the people 100% of the time; anything less results in errors, incidents, and injuries. AND THAT’S NOT WHAT WE’RE ABOUT!
Thanks for the share, PT!
