Are we mentoring others? That’s a loaded question; because, we are, whether we think so or not. Sure, some of our are intentional about it, but ALL of us are through our actions or perhaps even our inactions. Remember, we can’t get “comfortable” when we reach our goal. We have to pause to celebrate and then get right back down to business. That’s the business of setting new goals and perhaps helping others achieve theirs.
That’s safety at its finest! Working intentionally to achieve our goals together – in celebration and then to realign, set new goals, and keep moving.
We have three things to protect along the journey:
