Poster: Leaders

Friends,
Every so often I run across a “leader” message that really gets it and this is one of them. Leaders with influence; Give, Care, Grow, Live, Empower, Manage, and Serve and these are all ACTION words. In order to have influence, to orchestrate change, or to lead a team we must demonstrate all of these actions consistently.

Safety requires consistency as well. It’s hard to only be safe part of the time. Our actions should speak every bit as loud as our words.
