We’re all leaders and/or champions of something. As either or both, we have certain expectations that keep us performing in a way that sets us apart from some. Our responsibility as safety leaders is to first of all, remain safe ourselves and then to help the others around us remain safe as well. As safety champions we’re to make certain we’re constantly and continually improving the process.
Change isn’t always necessary; however, it happens at times and more often than not it makes us better.
Let’s find our leaders /champions and enable them to take our safety to new places. One safe today at a time.
Thanks for the share, PT!
