I had the unique privilege last night to spend a great deal of time in a room with a lot of proven leaders from numerous X divisions as well as countless industries and agencies outside of X. It was nothing short of incredible to listen and participate with so many people earnestly and honestly interested in each other.
As safety leaders (that’s all of us) we should be doing that very thing. Once we have the knowledge – we should share it in an attempt to grow others; so that, they can in turn do the same. If each one teaches one imagine the number of safety leaders we will have in the coming days/months/years. Safety is something we all have in common and can share in our victories today, equally and consistently.
Special thanks to all those who have invested some of themselves in me. (You KNOW who you are!)
SAFETY 24/7/365
Thanks for the share, PT!
