Poster: Lead

I know we spend a lot of time talking about being “in this together” and that we’re also responsible for each other, but all of that comes AFTER our responsibility to ourselves. In order for me to remain injury free “I” must remain injury free. Nobody else can make me do it, my behavior and actions are solely driven by “me.” I am responsible for leading me to safety.

Here’s the cool part too, in order for our team to remain injury free, I must once again remain injury free. So, IT’S NOT JUST ABOUT ME is it? Sure we’re in it together and we need to be mindful of those working around us, but safety is something each one of us must decide to do before and during every work or home related task.

Are we ready for an injury-free today? Let’s do it on purpose!

Thanks to PT and JL for the share!
