This picture was taken just outside an office building I visited yesterday. It’s what’s often called “an accident waiting to happen”. We can all imagine doing something like this at some point in our lives: however, we’d all probably agree it’s not the safest option. These guys were out “getting the job done” and for 99 times out of 100 that might work perfectly – BUT WHAT ABOUT THE ONE?!? The one time this guy falls will be remembered far longer than the 99 times his work was successful.
Let’s think about doing things the safest ways possible to prevent discomfort and pain. Whether we’re working or playing, let’s do the right things for the right reasons.
